Course Description

The Master of Business Data Science programme aims to produce professionals with the skills and knowledge to delve into strategic data analytical aspects of business and its growth. The programme prepares students for key analytical skills important in today's digital environment, such as business analytics, data analytics, machine learning engineering and data science. The programme will leverage real-world business problems to engage in practical applications.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computing or related fields, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computing or related fields or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, and a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field and rigorous internal assessment.

Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree (in related field)

Other qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computing or related fields recognised by the Government of Malaysia must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses as determined by the University.

Bachelor’s Degree (in non-related field)

A minimum CGPA of 2.00, and a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field. Subject to rigorous internal assessment and must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses as determined by the University.

Minimum IELTS score of 6.0; or equivalent

* 3 YEARS Student Pass / Visa processing fee RM 4300.00 (Processing Fee RM 1,500.00+ EMGS Fee RM 2,800.00) NB: Fee is paid to EMGS (non-refundable) via University of Cyberjaya

* Passport-size photo (jpeg file, 217pixel X 280pixel, WHITE background – size 3.5cm X 4.5cm)

* Photocopy of passport (ALL pages including blank pages. Passport copy should be clear and printed on single-sided A4 paper).(Please ensure that your passport has a validity of at least 24 months from intake date)

* English Language Certificate – Proficiency in English is a prerequisite for admission. The minimum accepted English language test scores for the Student Pass application are IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. The accepted English language tests are:

• TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
• CAE (Cambridge English: Advanced)
