BACHELOR OF MULTIMEDIA IN 3D ANIMATION

Course Description

The Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons) in 3D Animation is a 3-year programme, tailored for those who are passionate about 3D animation. Students will become adept in using computer software for creating 3D models and animations, learning about lighting, textures, and other key aspects of 3D animation.

The programme emphasizes both the technical and artistic sides of animation, assessing students through assignments (30%), projects and presentations (30%) and a final project portfolio (40%).

Achieve a minimum score of Band 3 in MUET or equivalent to CEFR Low B2.

Prerequisites Requirement

Pass an interview (online/virtual /conventional) OR submission of student’s portfolio, to be determined by the University as required.

* 3 YEARS Student Pass / Visa processing fee RM 4300.00 (Processing Fee RM 1,500.00+ EMGS Fee RM 2,800.00) NB: Fee is paid to EMGS (non-refundable) via University of Cyberjaya

* Passport-size photo (jpeg file, 217pixel X 280pixel, WHITE background – size 3.5cm X 4.5cm)

* Photocopy of passport (ALL pages including blank pages. Passport copy should be clear and printed on single-sided A4 paper). (Please ensure that your passport has a validity of at least 24 months from intake date)

*Certified true copies of all academic qualifications

* EMGS Health declaration form

* English Language Certificate – Proficiency in English is a prerequisite for admission. The minimum accepted English language test scores for the Student Pass application are IELTS 5.0 or equivalent. The accepted English language tests are:

• TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
• CAE (Cambridge English: Advanced)
