Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
A Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 or equivalent, as accepted by the University Senate; OR
A Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields with a CGPA between 2.50 and 2.75 or equivalent, accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
A Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields with a CGPA below 2.50 or equivalent, accepted subject to a minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the field, as accepted by the Senate.
English Language Requirement:
(1) Minimum IELTS overall band score of 6.0 or equivalent.
(2) a minimum overall TOEFL iBT score of 60 ; or (3) a minimum MUET overall band score of 4 ; or (4) a minimum Pearson Test of English score of 59 ; or
(5) a minimum Cambridge Qualifications and Test score of 169; or
(6) a minimum Linguaskill overall band score of 169
In addition to the above, any other qualification which is of equivalent level as determined by the Senate of the University.
Other qualifications equivalent to the required level may be accepted by the Senate.
The English requirement may be waived for candidates who are native English speakers or have completed their previous qualification with English as the medium of instruction.
